PDG Consultants, Inc. is a Florida I/T consulting firm, specializing in deep customization of Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise Resource Planning and Accounting Software - particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The PDG Consultants team includes consultants with strong coding and database experience. Our in-house knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform makes it possible to provide tailored services to our clients. We have implemented ERP, Customer Relationship Management, and Business intelligence software to businesses in distribution, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, financial services, transportation, and other industries.
Because of a partnership with our Master VAR (Stratos Cloud Alliance- 7000 Microsoft ERP clients) we have deep resources available to solve any problem related to the entire Microsoft 365 Stack.
Meet the Team
Steve Simon has 35 years of experience working as a software developer or IT consultant for Microsoft products; the last 20 years of that supporting GP and Business Central customers as a Dynamics GP/Business Central Cloud Partner. Steve has extensive experience customizing programs for use with Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics Solomon, and other database software, back to 1989 (dBase, Fox Base, FoxPro, Word Basic, Visual Basic, SQL programming, JavaScript). He is also has done over 15,000 hours of custom coding, writing entire applications for Import/Export, Order Entry for large print shops, School bus transportation, and Special Education - besides thousands of hours customizing ERP software. Steve graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from City University of New York and is certified in Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Dynamics GP. He is an eOneSolutions Partner, skilled in SmartConnect and PopDock.
Ranjith Abhimanyu Konidala is a Dynamics BC/NAV Developer and Functional Consultant. He has been working with NAV since 2009 and Business Central Cloud since early 2021. He specializes in back-end software development in AL - Application Language (the language behind NAV/BC).
He has managed large ERP projects in Nigeria, Fiji Islands, Dubai, and the US.
He has expertise in: Finance, Retail, Sales, Purchasing, Receivables, Payables, Manufacturing, Inventory and Warehousing, Material Requisition Planning. Worked with different add-on’s: Lenhams EDI, Insight Works and LS Retail.
