Steve Simon has 21 years of experience working as an I/T consultant and manager. He has extensive experience developing custom add-on programs for these financial applications: Microsoft Dynamics GP, MS Dynamics Solomon, and SBT Professional. His programming language skills include Visual Basic, VB.NET, Microsoft SQL, Java Script, HTML, and Visual FoxPro.

Steve has a B.A. from City University of NY. He is also cerified in Microsoft SQL Server and Dynamics GP.

Richard Lederer was named Partner and Director of Accounting Software Solutions of PDG Consultants as of December 2003. Richard will be responsible for driving the marketing and sales of Microsoft accounting and business software solutions for PDG Consultants. Richard will focus on educating accountants and business owners about the many advantages of Microsoft products. 

Mr. Lederer is an experienced professional and trained in the use of Microsoft accounting software solutions.  He is a Microsoft Certified Business Solutions Partner and regularly trains professionals in the use of these programs. He is certified for Dynamics GP Financials and MS Small Business Financials

Prior to joining PDG, Richard was the Executive Vice President for Calev Photolabs, Inc. a wholesale photo imaging company in long Island City for more than 20 years.  The company was eventually sold to Konica Photo Imaging in 1998 and Richard ventured out to create The Lederer Group.  The Lederer Group offered a variety of training programs and advanced products designed to assist companies in optimizing their receivables and accounting operations.

Wai-Nang Po has over 10 years of experience developing sophisticated and effective solutions for clients in various industries ranging from education to financial industries. He has superior knowledge of various Microsoft technologies including Visual Basic, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM.  He also has extensive experience in database design and web-based solutions.

Before joining PDG Consultants, Mr. Po worked for Pfizer to develop their Relocation System and Disability Benefit Management System.

Mr. Po has a Ph.D. Degree in Economics from UCLA. He is also certified in Visual Basic, .Net and Dynamics CRM.

Mihir Shah Mihir is involved in providing business solutions for Financial, Distribution and Retail clients. He has successfully implemented software systems that enable the clients to compete in a global economy.

Mihir has 13 years of business and technology experience, completing 50+ software implementations projects in US. Mihir is certified in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains – Distribution series and Microsoft Retail Management System – HeadQuarters and Store Operations.

He has a Masters degree in Technology Management from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), India and a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.

W. Van Casey

Van is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s Collage of Business Administration with 30 years of accounting experience. His background consists of being a Controller, Chief Accountant and Director of Accounting in retail distribution, engineering, electronic and chemical companies with a strong background in General and Cost accounting. 

Van has been a user, implementer and trainer of Microsoft Dynamics products since 2001. Those products include Dynamics Great Plains, Dynamics SBF, Dynamics Solomon and Microsoft FRx.
